On Wednesday, November 13, the Alliance to Reclaim our Schools and our partners at CJSF, HEAL Together, and NYU Metro will convene for a post-election strategy session dedicated to unpacking the election results, coalescing around a broad set of federal demands, and sharing strategies and tactics for ensuring community members' safety and well-being as they work for education justice.
During the 90-minute session, AROS partners will share resources and ideas supporting local actions in the aftermath of this election. For this year, the AROS network has been working tirelessly to ensure that the election outcome makes it possible for us to preserve and improve neighborhood public schools–uplifting the kinds of crucial policies and practices that have shifted the future of our young people and their schools.
