What is it?

5 Weeks of Power (Cohort 3) is a free, virtual introduction to the art and science of organizing. The first three weeks will cover outreach, base building and one-on-ones. Then, the focus shifts to deepening our understanding of campaigns and the power dynamics that fuel them. Participants will have an opportunity to work on those campaigns collectively.

Who is Eligible?

This training is open to organizers and leaders at all AROS member organizations who are new to community organizing or seeking a refresher. We encourage organizations to apply in teams of staff, leaders, community partners, or coalition members. Teams are highly encouraged - it only takes you and a friend to make up a team!

When is it?

DATES: April 23rd, April 30th, May 7th, May 14th and May 21st

TIME: 7p - 9p ET/4p - 6p PT*

NOTE: The training is highly interactive and requires a commitment to be present for most sessions.
